FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. WHAT ARE MY VOTING RIGHTS IN THE CONDOMINIUM

ASSOCIATION?

You are entitled to one (1) vote per unit. Voting shall be in accordance with the provisions of Florida Statute 718.112(2)(d)3.

  1. WHAT RESTRICTIONS EXIST ON MY RIGHT OF USE TO MY

UNIT?

Each unit is restricted to residential use only as a single-family residence.

  1. WHAT RESTRICTIONS EXIST ON THE LEASING OF MY UNIT?

No unit owner may sell or lease a unit without the approval of the buyer/lessee by the Association. No transient accommodations are permitted. The minimum lease time is three consecutive months.

  1. HOW MUCH ARE THE ASSESSMENTS AND WHEN ARE THEY

DUE?

The present assessment is due on the first day of each month as follows:

Building 1 $310.00

Building 2 $146.00

Building 3 $168.00

Building 4 $168.00

Building 5 $351.00

  1. DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER IN ANY OTHER ASSOCIATION?

IF SO, WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE ASSOCIATION AND WHAT

ARE MY VOTING RIGHTS IN THIS ASSOCIATION? ALSO, HOW

MUCH ARE MY ASSESSMENTS?

  1. AM I REQUIRED TO PAY RENT OR LAND USE FEE FOR

RECREATIONAL OR OTHER COMMONLY USED FACILITY? IF

SO, HOW MUCH AM I OBLOGATED TO PAY MONTHLY.

MANDATORY MEMBERSHIP ASSOCIATION INVOLVED IN
